Booking and payment terms and conditions 

  • A booking is made with Zakspitaki B and B when you pay us a non-refundable deposit of one third of the cost of your total booking. Or, if you are making a booking within eight weeks of your arrival, full payment is required.

  • Once deposit payment details are sent, deposits must be paid within three days. Failure to do so will annul your booking.

  • Once you have made the deposit payment, the balance payment is due not less than eight weeks prior to your arrival with us.

  • The balance is only refundable if we are able to re-let your room for the time period you have booked.

  • We make every effort to ensure that prices and information on your website are correct. However, if occasionally changes and errors occur, we reserve the right to correct our prices and information as needed.

    If you have paid in full and you have cancelled within the last eight weeks prior to your visit, we  are obliged to keep the final amount unless we can re-let the room. 

  • We are not responsible for travel insurance on your behalf. We recommend that you take out adequate holiday insurance before you make any payment to Zakspitaki. We recommend that you are sure you are covered for all eventualities involved in going on a holiday. If you choose to travel without adequate insurance cover, we will not be liable for any costs incurred.

  • Check in is from 2pm onwards. Check out is before 11am. Late checkout, if available, is an extra 50 euros.

  • During these times of the pandemic, if Greece is in full lockdown for the dates of your holiday we will refund you the payments you have already made to us.
